LGPD Rights

GreenPort Logística developed this platform with the aim of offering greater convenience and transparency to its clients, serving as an informative channel for monitoring processes and services. This Policy is in compliance with Law No. 13,709/2018 – General Data Protection Law (LGPD), which ensures the fundamental rights of freedom, privacy and the protection of personal data.

I. LGPD Commitment

GreenPort undertakes to treat the personal data of its clients and partners with responsibility, transparency and security. We guarantee that the collection, storage and use of data for the provision of logistical services are strictly in accordance with legal principles, focusing on quality and continuous improvement.

II. Definitions and Principles

  • Confidentiality: Access to process information and personal data is restricted to authorized employees of GreenPort Logística only.
  • Information Security: All data processed in our digital infrastructure has layers of protection and encryption to ensure information integrity.
  • Data Request: Currently, the platform does not use a login and password system. Any detailed inquiry, document submission, or data alteration must be formally requested via email to our team.
  • Direct Support: For quick questions and guidance, the client can use the phone number located in the footer of this page.

III. Information and Services Management

Customers can request, through official communication channels, the following information:

Process Status:

  • Current status, clearance/shipping dates and Bill of Lading (BL) details.
  • Technical Documentation: DUE, RUC numbers, access keys and final extracts.

Financial Data:

  • Cash requests (export fees, freight, wharfage), invoices, debit notes and fiscal notes.

Management Reports:

  • Consolidated data for Business Intelligence, shipped container inquiries and reports by origin/destination.

IV. Data Subject Rights

The data subject has the right to request, at any time, access, correction, portability, or deletion of their data, as provided by the LGPD. To exercise these rights, the client must contact GreenPort Logística exclusively through our official service channels (email and telephone).

V. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect improvements in our internal processes or updates in current legislation. We recommend regular reading of this document.
